Los Angeles is a great Idea for a Weekend Getaway with Friends

March 30th, 2007

Los Angeles is like another world even though it’s in the same country. It’s just completely different from where I came from in rural Northern Arizona. Although my friends were a bit timid about head-butting with the ultra-rich and snobbish sales people in Los Angeles, we found out that the stereotype does not fit the population during a recent charter bus trip that we took there.

Of course, we all know that Los Angeles is a place where people exclusively rent a charter bus to for Hollywood, Disneyland, Universal Studios, the high-end shopping trips…etc, but the glamour is like sugar-coated candies in your mouth – you’ll remember it even when the charter bus trip to Los Angeles is over. So, when you’re there, you’ll have to go to the Hollywood Walk of Fame or the world famous Grauman’s Chinese Theatre and take pictures in the handprints of your favorite stars! And of course, you can take a guided tour around Universal Studios or Paramount Studios to see famous movie sets…get ready to be blown out of your socks! There’s nothing quite like that!

I love historical sites and if you’re anything like me at all, you’ll fall in love with the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels! Magnificent view in both the inside and the outside of this third biggest cathedral in the world. I fully recommend that you find the time to take the charter bus to Echo Park as well. The natural arroyo has been transformed into a public park and there is great natual views everywhere. This is also a great time to take pictures away from the traditional tourist spot pictures. After all the excitement of the day, the driver of the charter bus suggested that we take a nice, relaxing dinner at Hotel Bel-Air Bar. It was very cozy, nice and warm fireplace, great food, lush seats nearly sent me off too sleep after a few cocktails. Luckily, my friends managed to keep me awake, haul me into the charter bus and I zonked out in the charter bus while on the way home.    What a satisfying charter bus trip to Los Angeles it has been!

Endless fun in Los Angeles in your charter bus rental

March 13th, 2007

Ever heard of bored people in Los Angeles? The city has so much to offer in terms of dining, shopping an entertainment that you will be trying hard to fit everything in your schedule.  That’s the kind of Los Angeles charter bus trip you can expect! Considering the number of fun places there are in Los Angeles, it was tough coming up with only five top Los Angeles hot spots to take a charter bus to.

Universal Studios Hollywood
A charter bus trip to Los Angeles wouldn’t be complete without taking the charter bus to Universal Studios Hollywood. Of course be sure to take the backlot tour though the many film sets. After you’re done reminiscing about the studio’s film sets, those who fancy movie-themed rides will have the rides of their lives!

J Paul Getty Center
This is no ordinary museum to take your Los Angeles charter bus rental to because inside the J Paul Getty Center, there is a whole collection of art pieces that you will only get to see replicas of in other galleries and museums. To say that the experience is extraordinary is an understatement as you tour the six buildings and gardens that are bound to leave an impressionable memory for a long time to come.

Circa 55

Hear the word “Beverly Hilton Hotel” and you’ll think ‘classy’– and this is precisely what Circa 55 is all about! Scrumptious food made out of hand-selected produce and they offer a wide variety of mouth-watering seafood, steaks and more!Hollywood Walk of Fame
Movie lovers will have the time of their lives as they get the chance to see tributes made to many of the famous Hollywood mega movie stars when they take the rental charter bus to Hollywood Walk of Fame. It pays tribute to more than 2,000 movie stars from all walks of life . Another significant landmark for you to have your Los Angeles charter bus drop you off at.

Aloha Sharkeez
Ready for some partying and drinking after a unabashed day of sunbathing under the awesome sun in California? Then it’s time to take the charter bus to one of Los Angeles’ most favorite nightspots – Aloha Sharkeez. It’s no surprise at all that the moment the door opens, the crowd starts piling in, so, if you want a place or table – you’d better take the charter bus there early. A little later, the bar will be filled with more twenty-something beach bums ready to party their hearts out till late! Apparently, this is the kind of place that’s consistently filled with beach lovers every day of the year, so don’t miss it for the world!
