Get mobile in Mobile with a Charter Bus

May 21st, 2007

Mobile, Alabama is a town with open access to the Gulf of Mexico. It is also  known as US’s very own Port Town because of the number of shopping and shipbuilding manufacturers companies, petrol and paper, textile and timber companies that are. Hiring a charter bus in Mobile, Alabama will definitely be worth your time. Worried about hurricanes ruining your summer trip? Don’t fret Mobile has interesting sliver-like strand of islands that keeps seasonal storms away. One call to The BusBank and our extremely large family of 12 people’s vacation to Mobile Alabama had begun. The morning of our trip our charter bus pulled up promptly and we were greeted by the friendly driver, Rick despite the 5 am wake up call. We have some great recommendations for you and your family to enjoy in Mobile.
A trip in a charter bus to Mobile Alabama isn’t complete without stepping foot into the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park! This is where heroism from the past will come alive again. Hop off the charter bus and be enchanted with the many finely preserved battleships from seven decades, ranging from the WWII to Desert Storm. One day isn’t enough to take in all that USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park as we spent half a day going through the souvenirs that they had on sale there.
When the tummy starts to grumble, tumble on up to the charter bus because it’s time to head on to the BlueGill. Start salivating folks because you’re about to get the chance to sink your teeth into some legendary Mobile delicacies. Sadly, we heard that BlueGill suffered from Hurricane Katrina and had to stop for reconstruction but now BlueGill is bigger and better! Let it be known that everyone, including Governors and Presidents alike, have made their way to BlueGill for feeding time. What’s good enough for dignitaries is good enough for your family!
With tummies filled, you can take the charter bus to the National African-Archives and Museum. This will provide an eyeful for history buffs, but frankly, even for non-history buffs (ahem, yours truly) felt enlightened after the experience.
So there you have it one fun outing in Mobile. But you will be surprised that this was only our first day there! I have more tips to come, so stay tuned. Also, thank you to The BusBank for scheduling the charter bus service rental in Mobile, Alabama.
