Hiring a charter bus to Dothan was the best idea for our group
May 21st, 2007Not expecting much from a charter bus trip to Dothan, Alabama I have to say that the experience that I had exceeded all expectation. Dothan isn’t really at the top of the list of well known tourist attractions, so, the secret is knowing where to visit with your group. For instance, I had a great time in Conecuh National Forest. I am not a fan of mosquitoes and wild animals but it was a change of pace being surrounded by nature. There is a wide range of activities for tourists from camping to picnicking, from hiking to fishing, from riding ATVs to just enjoying the calm and serene environment.
Having caught on with outdoor activities, me and my group of friends next took the charter bus to Waterworld which is renowned for its large wave pool and water slides. There is really a large crowd there during the weekends but we were there on a Thursday, so we literally had Waterworld all to ourselves. Let it be known it is not only for kids even the oldest of the group had a ball.
While there, we stayed at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott which is located at the centre of almost everything that’s important in Dothan, Alabama. Their rooms were large and more importantly, clean as a whistle with immaculately decorations and designs. So, if you ask me would I ever rent a charter bus in Alabama again in the near future, my answer would be ‘You Betcha!”
