Enjoy America’s Pastime in a Charter a Bus to Wrigley Field in Chicago
February 9th, 2007Nowadays it seems most Major League Baseball teams are fitting their players in modern but retro-looking ballparks. It’s hard to find a ballpark that bustles with contemporary energy yet truly captures the traditional feeling of an old-fashioned baseball game. Luckily, Chicago’s Wrigley Field is one such place.
Unfortunately, driving through Wrigleyville can be disastrous. So, last year when our company that is located in the suburbs of Chicago decided to take our annual trip to the ballgame, we called the BusBank for our charter bus rental to Wrigley Field. Instead of dealing with overcrowded, hot trains or abominable parking prices in the remote lots (if we were able to find parking at all!), we were able to ride in a comfortable, air conditioned private mini-coach.
A BusBank account executive who specializes in the Chicago area was able to find us a charter bus and coordinate a drop-off and pickup at Murphy’s Bleachers well before and after the game, allowing us to pregame and enjoy the Wrigleyville atmosphere. It was wonderful to be able to sit and enjoy the post-game activity without feeling like we were going to be crushed in the crowd.
Some suggestions for chartering a bus to Wrigley Field—definitely leave early and stay late as the bus won’t be able to pull particularly close. Have a specific charter bus pickup point a few blocks away from the field. I suggest taking in some of the post game fun at one of the local watering holes in the area. With fun, friends and sun you can’t beat an afternoon baseball game on your charter bus rental in Chicago!
